My Wedding Photography Competition came to a close yesterday to celebrate Valentines Day. And after two long weeks of waiting, I’m so happy to announce that the winners are Steph and Paul. They are saying I do in Woodbridge on the 29th September 2018 and I’m really looking forward to capturing their day.

Thank you for entering

Thank you to everyone who entered my Wedding Photography Competition. It’s been lovely to hear about so many amazing wedding plans and the response has been fantastic. But even after the competition, I still have a few more dates left in 2018, 2019, and starting to take bookings in 2020. So, book your day now and get in contact with me to discuss your plans. If you want to find out more about me, then the best place to start is this very website and you can see all my latest work and Wedding Photography Packages.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”3443″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]

Steph and Paul

I spoke with Steph yesterday to congratulate her and asked her a few questions.

How did you and Paul first meet?
We met through a friend who I did my nurse training with. He was living with Paul and they were looking for a housemate i.e. me. And within 2 weeks we became an item!

How did Paul propose to you?
I kept finding little Easter eggs around the house over about five days. I figured it was just one of his usual wind-ups. Then on the final day there was a big golden egg. I called through to the kitchen to say, “very funny” and he came in and told me there was something inside. By the time I’d cracked open, it to discover a ring he was down on one knee and popped the question!

What does winning this prize mean to you?
It means more than you could imagine! We have had a rollercoaster of a time over recent years and never thought we would actually get to have our big day. This is going to give us the opportunity to hold on to memories of our big day in the most special way!

What are you looking forward to most on your wedding day?
Spending the day with the ones we love, oh and the food and drink of course! It has been a long time coming. We have a daughter who is 2 and Paul has a 9-year-old son, my soon to be my stepson, and I cannot wait to become a Bennett like them!
